Maintain tracking of coin and currency for Cage & Vault transactions on approved paperwork.
Count and verify all cash/coin/ticket/chip transactions in Vault and assist Cage & Vault Supervisor with all Vault transactions within the department.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Safeguard assigned cash drawer and Casino assets.
- Count and verify all cash/coin/chip transactions in Cage at beginning and end of shift.
- Make change and exchange chips/change/Tickets for cash.
- Cash checks and conduct charge card transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer and co-worker relations.
- Comply with Federal cash reporting requirements (Title 31).
- Maintain jet sort equipment by clearing coin jams and changing coin bags.
- Maintain accurate cage cash transmittal forms and other paperwork.
- Maintain confidentiality of Casino Operations data.
- Maintain a neat, clean work area.
- Performs related duties as assigned by Cage Supervisor or above.
